原装威格士VICKERS单泵双联泵Vickers单体泵是用于产生喷油器(或喷射器)的喷射压力的装置。对于采用Vickers单体泵式电控燃油喷射系统的发动机来说,有几个气缸,就有几个Vickers单体泵,Vickers单体泵是第二代电控燃油喷射系统,按照高压产生装置的不同,可将燃油喷射系统分为分配泵、直列泵、泵喷嘴和Vickers单体泵电控燃油喷射系统。[1]
工作原理
Vickers单体泵的组成:Vickers单体泵由柱塞套筒、柱塞、弹簧座、回位弹簧、出油阀、出油阀弹簧、出油阀座、出油阀压紧螺帽等零件组成。

(1)防止喷油后滴油,提高关闭速度:停止供油时,出油阀减压带的下沿一进入导管时,高压油管与泵室的通路便被切断。当出油阀*座落后下降了一距离h,因而高压油管的容积得到增大,使油压迅速地下降1MPa~2MPa,断油迅速干脆,防止了因油压的波动和“管缩油涨”而产生喷后滴油。
P泵>P簧+P残—开;
P泵簧+P残—关。
(2)防止喷油前滴油,提高喷射速度:喷油泵供油时,待油压高于出油阀弹簧的预紧力和高压油管内的残余压力后,出油阀升起,其密封锥面离开阀座。必须等到出油阀上的减压带*离开阀座的导向孔时,泵油室的燃油才能进入高压油管。
(3)防止燃油倒流,使高压油管内保持一定的残余压力

(1)出油阀的圆锥部是阀的轴向密封锥面,阀的锥部在导孔中滑动配合起导向作用。尾部加工有切槽,形成十字形断面,以便使燃油通过。出油阀中部的圆柱面叫减压带,它与密封锥面间形成了一个减压容积。
(2)出油阀和阀座是精密偶件,采用优质合金钢制造,其导孔、上下端面及座孔经过精密的加工和研磨,配对以后不能互换。
(3)阀座的下端面和柱塞套筒的上端面是精密加工严密贴合,它是通过压紧螺帽以规定的扭紧力矩来压紧的。压紧螺帽与阀座之间有一定厚度的铜制高压密封垫圈。出油阀压紧螺帽和壳体上端面间还有低压密封垫圈。
(4)在出油阀压紧螺帽内腔装有带槽的减容器,以减小内腔空间的容积,促进喷停迅速,限制出油阀zui大升程的作用。可选的流量控制或单稳分流阀盖提供更大的灵活性。
单稳分流阀盖维持几乎恒定的流量给*回路而把多余流量分流给第二回路。去往第二回路的流量取决于泵的流量。*回路受内装溢流阀保护,但必须第二回路提供外界溢流阀。
性能叶片顶端/定子载荷小,允许高压工作。由于进油口流道结构给出均匀的油液加速度,因而给出较好的灌注,特别在低进口压力下更是如此,所以可以高转速。
低成本Vickers的高效率结构产生了每圆线泵投资的额外功率,给工业提供了每马力容量的低泵成本。
这种元件的上乘设计使其寿命更长 ... 它们已被证实它们能耐受如象开沟机、反铲挖掘机及拖拉机之类的繁重用途。
原装威格士VICKERS单泵双联泵进油口压力腔和出油口压力腔是径向对置的。结果,压力诱发的径向载荷是平衡的 ... 轴承只需承受外界载荷。
流量控制盖把至工作系统的流量限制于希望的zui大流量。多余流量分流回油箱。在双泵中,轴端泵的流量与转速成正比例。
流量控制盖还包括一个溢流阀以限制zui高系统压力。
流量控制的典型应用是在动力转向装置中,其中在发动机的中速至高速范围内提供恒定油源。
